  Why join....

  We are all Americans who have served in war time  

     We all know the sacrifice

     We all agree we need to look out for our fellow veterans

     We could actually have some fun...

Well...we could...

  Watch some    on the big screen or maybe...can you say...or maybe

     Play a little cards ....or maybe...      Play a friendly game of       or maybe...

    Surf the with high speed service or maybe...

  oh...there's lotsa things to do...some of you actually like to ....

....you haven't even joined and...you scare me.......you already fit in....

 oh...and/or...we could...drink a little but don't let this happen to you...

 (We're fun...but responsible...cab service...with "take your car home" service is available...NO...it's not free...wish we could!) 

We are both a young and active Post with active members from every conflict from

WWII on...wait till you meet Ralph.  You get 24/7 access and police yourself (great for

you shift workers).  We take our mission seriously but have a hellava lot of fun doing it. 

It's a new day and we are more than open to bring the VFW in to the future while

maintain the integrity and good works of the organization.  We prefer not to have a

cantina (what a hassle...not)...but a BYOB HAPPY HOUR...well, let's just say...this

 webmaster remembers more than one (vaguely).  One thing you may not know...might

surprise you...the VFW promotes family...your kids are welcome (with parental control...of course).

We even have several well-known children's computer programs.  Look, we are in this

together...and want you to be involved.  We know better than anyone what our fellow

veteran have seen...smelled...heard.  Who better than us to stand up:   for those who may

not be able to stand up or themselves, those who need a little stress relief, or those

currently serving   (the weather alone is brutal).  Is there a price for your involvement...a yeah...

but trust me (scared you again...didn't I?)  We have a shared experience... (...different eras, different physical

 environments...but the same).      O.K....what's the "hook"....our dues are $30.00  (a year...what a bargain)  and

 we want you to be involved.   We have places to go, people to see  and we could use your
